Location: Hybrid; Must be based in or near a hirify.global hub (Burnaby, Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, or Sydney) with a requirement to be in-office at least twice per week.

Salary: $110,200 – $149,000 CAD

• Enhance and improve the monetization platform by shipping high-quality code and leveraging AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Rev-ops, Finance, Sales) to deliver impactful revenue-driven projects.
• Diagnose and solve technical problems for teams relying on the Billing System.
• Participate in technical decision-making and provide constructive peer feedback to drive engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in software development with a focus on Ruby on Rails and scalable web applications.
• Experience integrating with Stripe Billing, Salesforce, or Avatax.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a distributed team environment.
• Strong communication skills and a mindset of ownership and curiosity.

Nice to have

• Professional background in Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript (cross-training in Ruby is provided).
