TL;DR
Senior UX Designer (Cybersecurity): Improving the core Workbench product to enable analysts to make fast, data-driven decisions with an accent on interaction design and user research. Focus on transforming complex technical problems into simple workflows and designing lean experiments to test hypotheses.
Location: Remote within Ireland (Expectation to meet in Dublin approximately once per month and 3-4 times per year for team touchdowns)
Salary: €77,600 - €112,500

What you will do
- Conduct user and market research to understand personas, use cases, and jobs to be done.
- Synthesize research insights and present findings to team members and leadership.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand technical constraints and explore creative experimentation.
- Design lean experiments to test hypotheses, measure outcomes, and iterate rapidly.
- Guide the product vision in collaboration with product management, engineering, and Secure Operations leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience on a cross-functional product team collaborating with PMs and engineers.
- Strong expertise in research, prototyping, interaction design, and design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ability to communicate complex information through workflows to support informed decision-making.
- Must be based in Ireland.
Nice to have
- Experience in the cybersecurity domain.
- Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, productivity software, or industrial applications.
- Experience adopting AI in your design workflow.
