New Business Sales Executive (SaaS): Bringing new business to the hirify.global platform for the beauty and wellness industry with an accent on B2B sales, lead generation, and partner acquisition. Focus on managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and performing cost-benefit analysis to align solutions with merchant needs.

Location: On-site in Jakarta, Indonesia

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Present and promote products through demos to prospective partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align hirify.global's solutions with partner business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for partners.
  • Track and document all lead outcomes and commercial activities within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to act as a hunter and build strong professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Nice to have

  • Fluency or conversational proficiency in both English and Bahasa.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
