Salary: $115,000 – $168,000

What you will do

• Coordinate business management activities to maintain an effective operating cadence for the COO organization.
• Develop and execute team engagement plans, including all-hands meetings, AMAs, and town halls.
• Prepare materials and track progress for leadership planning and organizational roadmaps.
• Partner with the People team on workforce planning and operational excellence.
• Manage budget tracking and headcount planning processes, providing reporting for leadership visibility.
• Support executive initiatives and refine organizational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in high-growth technology or infrastructure organizations strongly preferred.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) or eligible for export control authorization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
