What you will do

• Manage a team of 5+ engineers, including performance reviews, funding, and project allocations.
• Collaborate with sales account managers to develop and execute global account strategies.
• Provide direct technical support to customers and devise innovative techniques for testing leading-edge technology.
• Oversee overall applications execution, setting project targets, priorities, and managing scope changes.
• Travel to customer sites (25% or more) to support design, test, product, and manufacturing engineers.
• Develop and lead demonstration programs, presentations, and technical seminars for customers and internal staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with ATE equipment (e.g., hirify.global UltraFlex, UltraFlexPlus, Eagle, Advantest V93K).
• Hands-on experience in IC component testing project development.
• Strong programming proficiency in C, C#, or Visual Basic.
• Proven experience in team and project management.
• Ability to travel 25% or more, both domestically and internationally.
