What you will do
- Partner with area teams to identify improvements and develop solutions for safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals using Scrum and Agile approaches.
- Establish and maintain production management systems for capacity modeling, scheduling, forecasting, and business processes.
- Improve factory equipment OEE and cycle-time with minimal investments.
- Enhance labor productivity through best known methods and Lean principles.
- Perform strategic capacity planning for equipment and staffing; communicate objectives and forecasts.
- Collaborate with teams in Chandler AZ, Austin TX, and Nijmegen, Netherlands; define requirements and test IE systems.
Requirements
- BS or higher in Engineering (advanced MS preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, data analysis with statistics, SPC, ANOVA, DOE (JMP, Minitab).
- Strong communication, Lean/Six Sigma, complex problem solving.
- Expert M365 including Copilot; programming in Python, R, C++, SQL; BI with Tableau, Power BI.
- Solid business acumen, interpersonal skills; willing to work in cleanroom environment.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years in semiconductor engineering (IT, device, equipment, process, industrial).
- Databricks experience.
- Deploying Lean principles and Fab Automation projects.
