What you will do

• Perform surface-mount soldering (including CSP, BGA, QFN) for PCB assembly, repair, and rework.
• Assemble and debug board or system-level problems using electronic schematics and layout diagrams.
• Execute defined test experiments and run sequences to verify board functionality.
• Design and build custom cable assemblies and perform mechanical modifications to hardware platforms.
• Manage lab operations, including implementing procedures, setting up test stations, and inventory management.
• Create 3D print fixtures using CAD design software to support customer demos.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience working with standard lab equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret circuit board schematics.
• Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills for recording results and managing assets.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of text-based programming (C) or scripting languages (Python, PERL, Tcl).
• Hands-on lab test/debug experience, particularly in pre- or post-silicon validation.
• Familiarity with schematics capture tools (PADS), CAD software, 3D printers, or logic analyzers.
