About the Role

You will support players across casino and sportsbook ecosystems, resolving gameplay and betting inquiries and troubleshooting account issues including deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements. You will use blockchain explorers to diagnose crypto payment issues, monitor risk alerts, maintain internal tools and logs, create and refine SOPs and help center content, and respond rapidly during high-volume sporting events. You will escalate edge cases to trading, product, and engineering, ensure compliance with applicable gaming regulations, and adapt to rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with online casinos sportsbooks and sports wagering mechanics
  • Understanding of bet types including pre-match live and parlays
  • Familiarity with bet settlement logic including pushes voids partial payouts and abandoned match handling
  • Understanding of crypto payments and ability to use blockchain explorers to diagnose issues
  • Previous customer support or community-facing operations experience preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning new tools dashboards and operational systems
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to identify root causes quickly
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment and comfort with non-standard hours

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to players and resolve casino and sportsbook issues
  • Troubleshoot account matters including deposits withdrawals bet settlements voids and promotional credits
  • Assist players with bet types and settlement rules
  • Identify and escalate edge cases to operations trading product and engineering
  • Maintain and manage internal tools logs spreadsheets and operational documents
  • Monitor assess and respond to risk alerts for timely mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable gaming regulations
  • Build and refine support processes help center articles and internal SOPs
  • Monitor player sentiment and flag opportunities to improve the user experience
  • Support the team during high-volume sporting events and adapt to additional duties as assigned
