What you will do

• Create high-quality static graphics for social, web, and marketing channels.
• Collaborate closely with the Art Director to bring the A2A brand to life.
• Implement established brand guidelines while contributing fresh visual ideas.
• Utilize templates and repeatable workflows to deliver assets at scale.
• Balance speed and quality within a fast-paced production environment.
• Maintain organized and clean file structures for efficient handoffs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Santa Monica, CA.
• Portfolio showcasing strong static design work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma.
