What you will do

• Translate technical, business development, and leadership concepts into compelling visual designs and presentations.
• Design proposal graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, and custom visuals for compliant submissions.
• Create executive presentations, customer briefings, and board-level materials communicating complex ideas.
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce high-impact short-form video content for diverse platforms.
• Ensure branding, formatting, messaging, and visual quality consistency across deliverables.
• Develop templates, style guides, reusable assets, and maintain organized design libraries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, fine arts, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, or visual communications in corporate, agency, or government contracting environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut; strong Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with AI tools for graphical design and storyboard definition.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, information hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio required; must reside in the US with valid work authorization.
