What you will do

• Concept and execute design solutions for evergreen marketing and campaign initiatives.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to deliver high-quality, consistent work at scale.
• Manage full design process from concept to final production assets and vendor feedback.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to present and innovate creative solutions.
• Contribute to brand evolution through unique ideas and production approaches.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years in design roles at agencies, studios, or in-house
• Strong portfolio with conceptual and technical skills, including technical 2D animation.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and motion software.
• Experience in visuals for digital, performance marketing, social media, and OOH.
• Core design fundamentals: typography, composition, color theory, brand guidelines.
• Proactive communicator, organized, thrives in fast-paced, feedback-heavy environment.
