What you will do

• Review 1065 (Partnerships) and 1120-S (S-Corps) tax returns prepared in Drake Tax to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead the transition of clients from legacy systems (EasyACT) into QuickBooks Online, including bank feed setup and data classification.
• Train and mentor junior employees to improve their technical tax preparation skills.
• Conduct professional client meetings to discuss financial data and tax positions.
• Maintain high standards of quality control to ensure all filings meet compliance standards.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of US Personal and Business Tax experience.
• High proficiency in Drake Tax and QuickBooks Online.
• Excellent English communication skills for a client-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage complex data migrations between accounting platforms.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team in high-pressure environments.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
