What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of Pros, providing world-class service through proactive communication and financial insights.
• Oversee ongoing bookkeeping tasks, including month-end reconciliation, review, and accurate completion of books.
• Partner with internal bookkeepers to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to all deadlines.
• Provide expert guidance on U.S. bookkeeping, including chart of accounts cleanup and sales tax matters.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other divisions such as Tax Solutions and Payroll.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico.
• 3+ years of U.S. bookkeeping/accounting experience with a focus on SMB methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or certification such as QBO ProAdvisor.
• 1+ year of experience leading or mentoring others.
• Experience providing accounting guidance and explaining financial data directly to clients.
• Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work.
