What you will do

• Develop and maintain deep, trusted relationships with CxO-level executives.
• Drive profitable growth and revenue using a consultative approach and lead generation.
• Own account P&L, managing revenue, profit/loss, and operating margin improvements.
• Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
• Build a go-to-market pipeline in collaboration with partners to win new deals.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of talent within the account team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
• 5+ years of experience running account P&L of $10M+.
• Significant expertise in the Retail/Consumer industry.
• Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
• Proven experience with revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
