What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end co-innovation strategy and deal execution for high-stakes technology and AI partnerships.
  • Design 360 partnership models to unlock co-sell, co-build, and co-market motions at scale.
  • Identify emerging market shifts, competitive threats, and new opportunities to proactively maintain market relevance.
  • Collaborate with AI leaders to shape joint roadmaps and secure early access to new technological capabilities.
  • Engage and influence C-suite and VP-level executives internally and across partner organizations.
  • Develop long-term, resilient partnership strategies that compound value over time.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate strategy within enterprise software, cloud, or AI.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling complex, high-value partnerships with major technology companies.
  • Deep fluency in the AI and cloud ecosystem, including incentive structures and competitive dynamics.
  • Strong commercial instincts for structuring deals that create durable, mutual value.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence without authority at all organizational levels.
  • High EQ and advanced conflict resolution skills to manage partnership health.

Nice to have

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Prior BD experience at or partnering with a top-tier cloud or AI company.
  • Proven track record of driving AI platform consumption through partner-led motions.
