What you will do
- Collaborate with executive sales leaders to align on high-level business priorities and pipeline generation needs.
- Develop and execute integrated sales programs to address pipeline and productivity gaps.
- Analyze sales performance and business health to derive quantitative insights and standardize processes.
- Build and deliver high-impact presentations for C-level executives and senior sales leadership.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving marketing, enablement, and strategy teams to drive goal attainment.
- Operationalize programs from launch to post-launch tracking, including change management based on KPIs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, executive communications, storytelling, or strategic messaging.
- Proven ability to create executive narratives and experience working directly with C-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in presentation design and visual storytelling using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Strong understanding of corporate strategy and business insights.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Location: Must be based in the US (specific cities listed in location field).
