What you will do

• Conduct site visits and observe progress to ensure alignment with plans and specifications.
• Lead construction meetings and communicate with contractors and stakeholders.
• Review submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and project changes.
• Resolve field issues quickly to maintain project momentum.
• Support project managers with documentation, schedules, and administration tasks.
• Coordinate final inspections, substantial completion, and project closeout.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction or construction management experience.
• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents confidently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel throughout western North Dakota.

Nice to have

• Experience with AIA documents.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit.
