Salary: $159,000 - $220,500

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of privacy engineers across enterprise and vehicle platforms.
• Define the vision, roadmap, and operating model for the privacy engineering function.
• Translate regulatory and policy requirements into scalable technical controls.
• Oversee implementation of privacy-preserving solutions such as masking, tokenization, and obfuscation.
• Embed privacy-by-design into AI and vehicle development lifecycles, including telemetry and sensor data.
• Partner with Legal, Cybersecurity, and Data Governance leadership to reduce enterprise risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering or architecture roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Proven experience designing automated privacy, security, or governance controls at enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of privacy-by-design and governance principles.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling a privacy engineering or governance function.
• Familiarity with global regulations such as GDPR, EU AI Act, and CCPA/CPRA.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and AI or vehicle data platforms.
