Salary: $52,000–$73,000 base, On Target Earnings (OTE) $75,000–$105,000

What you will do

• Perform technical presentations and demonstrations for customers and partners (up to 80% of time).
• Design and architect software solutions for the Dentrix Ascend suite, including RCM, AI, and imaging technologies.
• Partner with Account Management and Customer Success to mitigate risk and create expansion opportunities for high-value accounts.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to refine features based on customer feedback and competitive intelligence.
• Respond to RFP and RFI documents and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Advise on the successful implementation of purchased solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dental practice experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical/Systems Engineering, or Solution Architecture within a SaaS/Cloud environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Strong ability to architect solutions for C/VP level buyers and uncover business challenges.
• Deep understanding of the dental industry and competitive product landscapes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and public speaking skills.
