What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals and Hungary market trends.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners across key markets and verticals.
• Pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze data for effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at executive level.
• Prepare presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product and service delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in electronic security industry or similar
• Sales experience in the Hungary region
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarms)
• Proven track record in full sales process: opportunities, proposals, negotiations, closing deals
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects
• Conversational English (must)
• Knowledge of trends like cloud, IoT, AI-based analytics
