What you will do

• Coordinate daily operations to prepare for all casino promotions and giveaways.
• Promote customer-centric culture and educate guests on the value of the loyalty program.
• Plan and execute special events, including slot tournaments, dinners, and promotional drawings.
• Write rules and regulations for promotions and ensure all property media is accurate and error-free.
• Perform database cleanup by updating account information, emails, and database flags.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to update daily Team Member information postings.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of related experience and training.
• CO Support License is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Location: Must be based in Black Hawk, CO.
