What you will do

• Set up and manage the performance of marketing campaigns across various product channels.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate user preferences and product enhancements into channel plans.
• Act as the CRM operational lead during peak sports hours, including nights and weekends.
• Execute structured A/B tests and analyze results to maximize business impact.
• Write brand-aligned copy for emails, push notifications, and SMS.
• Work with the Creative team to deliver innovative design concepts and assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant marketing experience, preferably in eCommerce or gaming.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate data-driven results.
• Experience with A/B testing and basic knowledge of HTML.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours (nights/weekends) based on the sports calendar.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by appropriate state agencies.
