What you will do

  • Develop and refine customer personas by integrating research insights, performance data, and market trends.
  • Define target audiences and influence media mix decisions to drive growth.
  • Analyze competitor marketing strategies, creative execution, and positioning to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Research, Analytics, and Media teams to translate customer insights into effective campaign strategies and briefs.
  • Communicate compelling narratives to influence and align stakeholders on actionable recommendations.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, or customer insights within a B2C environment.
  • Experience working with digital or technology brands.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Proven track record of driving work independently from concept through execution.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency.
