TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, must be based in Atlanta, GA, United States

Salary: $114,800 - $150,000

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Associate Directors, Client Managers, and Analysts to deliver high-standard industry insights.
  • Manage strategic client relationships and ensure the delivery of actionable insights and service KPIs.
  • Drive the Industry Insights mission through thought leadership and the execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
  • Identify and convert incremental sales opportunities through a deep understanding of the NIQ product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to remove roadblocks and optimize the customer experience.
  • Guide the team in visualizing data and creating impactful presentations with proactive recommendations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry, sales, category management, or market research.
  • Proven experience leading and coaching high-performance analytics teams.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Discover, RMS databases) and POS/Panel data.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills and a digital-savvy, AI-first approach.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
