What you will do

• Conduct end-to-end process assessments, documenting workflows, handoffs, and dependencies.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify bottlenecks, cost drivers, and risk exposure.
• Implement AI-enabled process improvements using machine learning, intelligent automation, and generative AI.
• Build business cases and ROI models to evaluate impact and support prioritization.
• Design future-state processes, SOPs, governance models, and system requirements.
• Support change management through stakeholder alignment, communication, and training.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in process improvement or operations consulting.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC methodologies.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and regulated environments.
