Senior Manager, Sales (DoD & Intelligence Community): Leading a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth for enterprise software solutions across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community with an accent on strategic account planning and mission-critical software deployment. Focus on deepening relationships with mission stakeholders and SIs, managing complex sales cycles, and utilizing federal contract vehicles.

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, VA. Must be based in the DMV (DC / Maryland / Virginia)

Salary: $178,500 - $210,000

What you will do

  • Lead a team of 4+ Account Executives to achieve financial results and growth goals across DoD and IC.
  • Develop and execute detailed growth-oriented business plans for military services and intelligence agencies.
  • Cultivate key SI, channel, and alliance relationships to drive revenue and customer success.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using disciplined methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Miller Heiman.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top federal sales talent in partnership with the People Team.
  • Leverage federal contract vehicles (GSA, SEWP, ITES) to accelerate procurement and reduce friction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Sales Leadership selling enterprise software to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
  • U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Must be based in the DMV (DC / Maryland / Virginia).
  • Deep knowledge of DoD/IC program lifecycles, capture timelines, and federal contract vehicles.
  • Experience with data platforms, semantic AI, or secure infrastructure software.
  • Strong ability to interact and influence executive management within a U.S. listed company.
