What you will do

  • Design and lead research and evaluation plans for Market Transformation Initiatives (MTIs) to support investment and implementation decisions.
  • Provide technical oversight, quality management, and mentoring for market research and analysis activities.
  • Manage third-party contractors commissioned for primary market research and MTI evaluations.
  • Act as a liaison between research, forecasting, and strategy leads to align implementation with findings.
  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal development for new and existing clients.
  • Oversee data collection and lead the writing of technical reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically in market research or evaluation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social and Environmental Sciences, Public Policy, or Economics (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven expertise in leading quantitative and qualitative analysis and designing research instruments.
  • Working knowledge of statistics and sampling, and competency with data analysis software packages.
  • Excellent writing, data interpretation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience supervising research and analysis professionals is preferred.
