What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for CAE applications, focusing on modeling, solver, and post-processing challenges.
• Guide customers through core CAE concepts including durability, NVH, and crash/safety simulations.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex simulation issues across the full workflow.
• Deliver customer training sessions, workshops, and technical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal product development teams to communicate customer feedback and influence tool enhancements.
• Develop best practice guidelines and implement automation solutions using Python scripting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FEA fundamentals, specifically structural durability, NVH, and crash/safety analysis.
• Proficiency in ANSA (pre-processing) and META (post-processing), and expertise in solvers like MSC NASTRAN, ABAQUS, and LSDYNA.
• Strong programming and automation skills, particularly in Python.
• Current authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites throughout North America.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional pre/post/solver technology workflows.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to simulation, such as surrogate modeling or data-driven engineering.
