Salary: $100k - $500k (including base and variable compensation)

What you will do

• Build and maintain world-class design infrastructure to accelerate silicon innovation.
• Install, configure, and optimize Process Design Kits (PDKs) and EDA tool flows.
• Partner with analog, digital, and software teams to continuously improve design efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex CAD issues and develop creative technical workarounds.
• Work with vendors and foundries to resolve critical technical issues.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of industry experience in PDKs, EDA tools, and IC design flows.
• Hands-on expertise in supporting physical verification flows (DRC, LVS, EM/IR, extraction) and mixed-signal simulation.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (subject to citizenship/permanent residency status or license approval).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, or Fort Collins, CO.
