What you will do

• Administer and update office networks, firewalls, and internet-related infrastructure.
• Build and maintain on-premise servers and storage infrastructure.
• Own all office hardware troubleshooting, including laptops, meeting room AV, and printers.
• Provide 2nd line technical support and manage the staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to design, deploy, and secure the technical environment.

Requirements

• Proven 2nd line IT experience with specific responsibilities in network engineering.
• Cisco networking expertise with a CCNA certification or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing FortiGate firewalls.
• Strong understanding of core networking: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
• Confidence in supporting on-site servers and end-user hardware (Windows/macOS).
• Location: Must be based in London, UK

Nice to have

• Experience providing IT support within a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Advanced networking or security certifications such as CCNP or Fortinet NSE.
