Location: Sheffield, London, Newcastle or Birmingham. Must hold or be eligible for SC & NPPV 3 Clearance, requiring minimum of 5 years working history in the UK.

What you will do

• Resolve incidents, service requests, changes, and problems across Data Services portfolio in line with SLAs
• Manage and communicate customer issues, escalate to vendors, and update stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams for timely resolutions and service quality maintenance
• Support continuous improvement via knowledge sharing, training, and tool/process development
• Contribute to 24x7 service delivery with on-call support, proactive maintenance, and SME responsibilities

Requirements

• Hold or be eligible for SC & NPPV 3 Clearance with minimum 5 years UK working history
• Experience in systems integrator or managed support as technical engineer
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP or vendor equivalent certification
• Knowledge of Data Services technologies, BMS products, and customer IT systems
• Experience across service lifecycle, including technical solutions support
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, communication, ownership, and service improvement skills
