What you will do
- Provide frontline support via email, phone, and live chat to diagnose and resolve software issues.
- Collaborate within a swarm support model to efficiently resolve customer problems.
- Maintain deep technical expertise in ERP products to provide guidance and resolutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address software defects and enhancement requests.
- Ensure thorough and empathetic follow-up with customers on outstanding issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software/application support.
- Must be based in the US and meet ITAR restrictions (US Persons only).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues involving code, data, and environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, Accounting, Supply Chain, or 4 years of equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and navigate unfamiliar technical challenges.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP or supply chain-related software.
- Proficiency in Windows OS and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with database management and basic accounting principles.
