What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical incidents for corporate customers and partners across diverse environments.
- Act as the last line of support for complex issues escalated by other support teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to resolve deep technical customer issues.
- Mentor and train junior team members by sharing technical expertise and communication best practices.
- Develop technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and guides on products.
- Stay updated on industry trends in Cloud, Storage, and Virtualization.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- 2+ years of experience in an advanced technical support role.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Expertise in Windows Server (logs, dumps, Procmon) and Linux/UNIX CLI.
- Deep knowledge of networking (Wireshark, tcpdump) and security (EDR/XDR, ransomware mitigation).
- Experience with enterprise-grade hypervisors (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, KVM) and business applications (MS SQL, Oracle).
Nice to have
- Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Portuguese, or German.
- Industry certifications like RedHat, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco/Juniper.
