Focus on managing the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, analyzing scheme benefits for legal agreements, and ensuring seamless transition for Trustees and stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver scheme-specific transition plans, including documentation, governance structures, and controls.
  • Analyze scheme benefits and data to support the drafting of legal agreements for Client Services teams.
  • Conduct first-line peer reviews to ensure benefit specifications and data are accurate for customer payments.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of allocated schemes, monitoring progress and managing stakeholder communications.
  • Advise on administration capabilities and assess data quality during site visits for new business origination.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by producing management information (MI) and sharing operational insights.

Requirements

  • Pensions qualification such as CII, PMI, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of DB pension regulations, including schemes undergoing de-risking.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Defined Benefit scheme structures and administration.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong risk awareness with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate business risks.
  • Professional communication style tailored for policyholders, members, regulators, and internal colleagues.
