What you will do

• Lead and present executive-level insights engagements for Director through C-suite customer audiences.
• Translate analytical findings into executive-ready narratives identifying business challenges and opportunities.
• Map interaction data to concrete AI, automation, and CX technology use cases to drive impact.
• Synthesize inputs from analytics, automation, and product teams into compelling stories.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Executive Insights offering by expanding datasets and analytical approaches.
• Partner with account teams and sales leadership for strategic customer briefings and QBRs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consultative, customer-facing roles such as management consulting or strategy.
• Proven ability to present complex technical concepts to senior business audiences.
• Expertise in creating polished, executive-ready presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Strategy, Finance, or Management (Master’s preferred).
• Must be based in the USA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
