Salary: $100,000 - $106,511

What you will do

• Drive product direction for EHR capabilities by framing problems, defining success metrics, and partnering with Product Owners on requirements.
• Operationalize AI-first product development, utilizing AI agents to accelerate discovery, drafting, and validation cycles.
• Define FHIR resource usage, interoperability requirements, and integration patterns in collaboration with Engineering and Architecture.
• Lead go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and launch readiness in partnership with Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Engage directly with clinicians, CMIOs, and health system IT leaders to validate solutions and synthesize market signals.
• Monitor regulatory standards (ONC, CMS, USCDI) and translate implications into actionable roadmap items.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive product experience with demonstrated depth in AI-first product leadership.
• Deep Healthcare IT experience, specifically with EHR, EMR, clinical workflows, or payer/provider platforms.
• Working knowledge of HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDS Hooks, and traditional HL7 v2 / CCDA.
• Proven experience shipping enterprise software in regulated environments (HIPAA, ONC certification).
• Must be based in the U.S. or Canada.

Nice to have

• MBA, MS in Health Informatics, or equivalent advanced degree.
• Healthcare informatics or interoperability certifications (e.g., HL7 FHIR Proficiency, AHIMA, CPHIMS).
