What you will do

• Provide high-level end-user support and serve as a ServiceNow subject matter expert for troubleshooting and platform functionality.
• Resolve customer-reported incidents within established SLA requirements to maintain operational readiness.
• Collect and document requirements for enhancement requests, translating user feedback into technical specifications.
• Execute the full SDLC utilizing Scrum, Agile, DevSecOps, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Maintain cybersecurity compliance by managing ServiceNow configurations according to USCG and federal data protection standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and deploy fixes for system defects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience (or commensurate experience) in system administration.
• Demonstrated experience administering the ServiceNow platform in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Proven ability to execute the SDLC using modern frameworks such as Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps.
• Experience securing applications in accordance with USCG, DoD, DHS, or federal cybersecurity policies.
• Proficiency in formal incident management, tracking, and documentation within ticketing systems.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard or Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Governance or the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Familiarity with enterprise IT governance and hybrid cloud integration.
