What you will do

• Design, develop, and own technical solutions, custom applications, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with application teams to implement data interfaces and solve complex technical transformation issues.
• Maintain the CMDB and CSDM to ensure high visibility and governance of services and assets.
• Develop and execute reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor system performance targets.
• Provide tiered technical support, create system documentation, and improve Knowledge and Asset Management processes.
• Manage ServiceNow instance upgrades and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol to certify applications.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Minneapolis, MN, United States.
• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow, including client and server scripting and REST API.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• ITIL Certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Strongly Preferred).
• ServiceNow Certified Developer (Strongly Preferred).
