What you will do

• Own a strategic wedge end-to-end, from initial strategy and execution to measurement and accountability.
• Operate as a founder within the team, setting the roadmap for your area and recruiting necessary resources.
• Develop and expand surface areas across Cohorts, University, Community, Clubs, Partnerships, and Certifications.
• Ship scrappy v1s rapidly at an AI-native pace to learn and iterate based on real-world feedback.
• Collaborate to ensure your work compounds the value of existing ecosystem components.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York (Hybrid)
• Proven experience as a mini-founder, having started a company, community, product, or content brand from scratch.
• Deep obsession with GTM and a strong point of view on how AI is rewriting the go-to-market profession.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to pitch ideas clearly and execute them in a single quarter.
• High-agency and low-ego mindset, with a track record of shipping high-impact, unconventional projects.
• Application requirement: Must submit a portfolio or creative project that defines the role you wish to build.
