What you will do

• Own the customer marketing motion, defining high-leverage segments and tailored advocacy programs.
• Develop case studies, testimonials, and thought leadership to accelerate sales cycles.
• Design and execute customer champion and reference programs.
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing to incorporate customer voices into launches and value narratives.
• Collaborate with the Global Field Marketing team to support executive round tables, workshops, and the annual conference.
• Work with GTM, Sales, and Solutions teams to identify champions in key accounts and drive expansion.

Requirements

• Experience building end-to-end customer marketing programs from strategy to measurement.
• Ability to translate complex technical value into crisp, credible narratives.
• Strong judgment regarding customer proof and adoption drivers.
• Ability to thrive in high-ownership, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments.
• Must have valid work authorization for the United States.
