TL;DR
GTM Strategist (HubSpot): Developing and deploying full-funnel, intent-based campaigns to drive revenue growth for partners with an accent on multi-channel strategy and pipeline generation. Focus on leveraging HubSpot data, executing paid media and SEO, and managing senior stakeholder relationships to optimize revenue outcomes.
Location: Fully Remote (Must be US-based for benefits eligibility)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring high-quality delivery of GTM strategies and results.
- Craft and deploy multi-channel, intent-based campaigns to build and sustain a strong lead pipeline.
- Conduct competitive research and leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform partner strategies.
- Utilize HubSpot data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Execute strategic initiatives across SEO, paid media, social influencing, and warm outbound prospecting.
- Define and manage KPIs, driving insights to develop and deliver actionable revenue strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant marketing and/or sales roles with high-growth companies.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub.
- Ability to command meetings, lead conversations, and drive stakeholders to decisions.
- Proven project and organizational management experience.
- Must be US-based to be eligible for full-time employment benefits (Insurance, 401k).
Nice to have
- Agency or Account Based Marketing (ABM) background.
- Experience with Paid Media.
- Proficiency in HubSpot Service, CMS, or Ops Hub.
- Experience with tools such as Clay, ClickUp, SEMRush, Copy.ai, SmartLead, or Lemlist.
