What you will do

• Collaborate with business partners to budget, forecast, and analyze financial performance for the game portfolio.
• Convert complex data into narratives to influence product strategy and executive decision-making.
• Manage complex financial models, P&L forecasting, and variance analysis to mitigate risks and improve performance.
• Automate reporting dashboards for finance leadership using SQL and Google BigQuery.
• Partner with budget owners to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Manage the monthly forecasting cycle for vendors and advise on accruals for month-end close.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in FP&A.
• Expertise in querying databases using SQL and Google BigQuery (GBQ).
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar cloud-based financial reporting tools.
• Must be based in Vancouver for full-time on-site work (5 days a week).

Nice to have

• CPA or MBA designation.
• Prior experience in the gaming or technology industry.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into finance workflows to drive efficiency.
