What you will do
- Lead QA efforts across implementation waves for LMS, Employee Voice (Peakon), Advanced Compensation, People Analytics, and Succession Planning.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression suites for Workday modules and integrations.
- Validate inbound/outbound integrations built on Boomi and native Workday tools (Studio, EIB, PECI/PICOF), ensuring data mapping accuracy and error handling.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution in coordination with functional and technical teams.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure full test coverage across all milestones.
- Support UAT cycles and provide required sign-off documentation prior to deployment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years focused on Workday implementations or post-production support.
- Hands-on experience testing Workday integrations, specifically Boomi-built integration flows.
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, and/or PECI/PICOF.
- Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Experience with HCM modules such as LMS, Compensation, Talent, or People Analytics.
- Experience working within an Agile or phased implementation environment.
