TL;DR

Workday QA Analyst (Workday/Boomi): Leading QA efforts for Workday implementation waves, including LMS and People Analytics, with an accent on integration validation and regression testing. Focus on validating inbound/outbound payloads via Boomi and native Workday tools to ensure end-to-end data accuracy.

Location: Remote (Only US-based candidates)

Salary: $50 - $65/hr C2C

What you will do

  • Lead QA efforts across implementation waves for LMS, Employee Voice (Peakon), Advanced Compensation, People Analytics, and Succession Planning.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression suites for Workday modules and integrations.
  • Validate inbound/outbound integrations built on Boomi and native Workday tools (Studio, EIB, PECI/PICOF), ensuring data mapping accuracy and error handling.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution in coordination with functional and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure full test coverage across all milestones.
  • Support UAT cycles and provide required sign-off documentation prior to deployment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years focused on Workday implementations or post-production support.
  • Hands-on experience testing Workday integrations, specifically Boomi-built integration flows.
  • Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, and/or PECI/PICOF.
  • Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Experience with HCM modules such as LMS, Compensation, Talent, or People Analytics.
  • Experience working within an Agile or phased implementation environment.
