Salary: $84,000 - $109,000

What you will do

• Assist in leading the QA team for a AAA game production.
• Build and execute test plans for features, tools, and workflows.
• Coordinate with outsource QA teams for feature and workflow testing.
• Develop and present quality reports to update the studio on testing status.
• Create and triage JIRAs to address deficiencies in game quality.
• Define QA processes and maintain relevant project documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of relevant Quality Assurance experience.
• Shipped at least one game in a QA capacity.
• Technical art expertise with a strong understanding of graphical engineering.
• Experience with performance testing, including Unreal Insights and telemetry capture.
• Proven experience as a people leader and developing test plans from project goals.

Nice to have

• Experience working with outsource teams.
• Experience with JIRA and Testmo or similar test case repositories.
