What you will do

• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web, mobile, and API features.
• Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, UI, and cross-platform testing across various OS and browsers.
• Test REST APIs using Postman and validate backend data through SQL queries.
• Log and track reproducible bugs in ClickUp, validating fixes through rigorous re-testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Proactively identify risks and edge cases while contributing to QA documentation and checklists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software QA for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and core manual testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with Postman, DBeaver, and project management tools like ClickUp.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, cross-browser testing, and basic SQL.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Availability to work 4–5 hours during EST is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BDD and Gherkin syntax.
• Familiarity with BrowserStack or similar cross-browser testing tools.
