What you will do

• Lead the QA team through the production of a AAA game.
• Build and execute detailed test plans for features and workflows.
• Coordinate with outsource QA teams for feature testing and ad-hoc approaches.
• Develop status reports to keep the studio updated on testing progress.
• Collaborate with content creators, engineers, and production leadership.
• Manage, create, and triage JIRAs to address quality deficiencies.

Requirements

• Shipped at least one game in a QA capacity.
• 5+ years of relevant Quality Assurance experience.
• Must be based in the US (salary range and benefits are U.S. only).
• Technical art expertise with a strong understanding of graphical engineering.
• Performance testing experience using Unreal Insights, telemetry capture, and multi-platform stress testing.
• Proven experience as a people leader and developing test plans from project goals.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine.

Nice to have

• Experience managing outsource teams.
• Experience with JIRA, Testmo, or similar test case repositories.
