What you will do

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, manage CRM automations, and build newsletters.
• Optimize marketing systems and processes from awareness through to customer acquisition.
• Create graphic materials, including lead magnets, brochures, and landing pages.
• Manage a content calendar and social media presence across multiple media channels.
• Write and edit high-conversion marketing copy for social media, email, and websites.
• Track KPIs and monitor campaign performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• German fluency is required.
• Excellent copywriting skills with provided work samples.
• Tech-savvy approach with the ability to quickly learn CRM and CMS tools.
• Proven experience in project management, including budgeting and deadline adherence.
• Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter without micromanagement.
