What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage CRM workflows, including automations and newsletters.
• Optimize marketing systems from top-of-funnel awareness through to customer acquisition to increase LTV.
• Create graphic design materials, lead magnets, brochures, and landing pages.
• Manage the content calendar and social media presence, including content creation and performance analysis.
• Write and edit direct marketing copy for email, web, and social media channels.
• Track KPIs and produce customer case studies and video-based success stories.

Requirements

• Self-starter: Must be able to determine what needs to happen and execute autonomously without micromanagement.
• Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of previous direct marketing work.
• Tech-savvy ability to quickly learn and implement new marketing tools, CRM, and CMS.
• Project management experience, specifically in drafting budgets and adhering to deadlines.
• English: B2+ required (excellent written skills).

Nice to have

• Experience with Go High Level CRM.
• Basic video editing skills.
