What you will do

• Design and implement large-scale Salesforce CRM integration solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and prototype API connectors for IVR, CTI, and Knowledge Management databases.
• Create interfaces for application code, relational databases, and computer hardware systems.
• Lead technical design decisions and ensure compliance with IT governance standards.
• Provide technical mentorship, guidance, and coaching to junior developers.
• Support UAT, go-live activities, and lead knowledge transfer sessions with the client.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience (minimum 7 years within the specific contract scope).
• Comprehensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and APIs.
• Current active Tier 2 Security Clearance (formerly NACI) is a hard, non-negotiable requirement.
• Remote work environment: must have a private, secure area and a hardwired ethernet connection (min 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
