What you will do

• Configure and deploy Marketing Cloud environments for new clients.
• Manage API gateway operations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Perform QA testing for platform enhancements, bug fixes, and integration workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Document technical procedures, onboarding processes, and support workflows.
• Maintain platform security, user access, and account administration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software implementations, onboarding, or technical support.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working directly with clients in a customer-facing technical role.
• Basic understanding of SQL queries, data structures, and database concepts.
• Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation platforms like Acoustic, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with hospitality, travel, or resort technology systems.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
